How I Styled My Dark Floral Dresses

I love florals. Specifically, I love dark florals. I know we're coming into spring soon and pastels will make their annual emergence on the fashion scene, but truthfully I'm more of a dark floral girl. I wear them all year round (oh my, breaking the rules). I'm also a true believer in reusing what's in your closet. I'm always looking for new style mash-ups to make my wardrobe go even further.

Here I've styled a few looks that could take you from fall all the way into spring, by just removing a few items or adding others. Wear the mini ruffled bebe dress without the jacket and tights, and swap in a pair of platform sandals for the booties. Add a cropped denim jacket and, poof, it's way more casual.

To give the vintage fringe wrap a more formal look, switch the jeans for an LBD. Or pair it with leather (or faux leather) pants and red pointy-toe pumps. Fierce.

The velvet For Love and Lemons dress can be worn with the faux leather jacket, black tights and booties or tall boots.

Hope this give you some style inspo to experiment in your own closet or shop for a dark floral dress of your own. (The For Love and Lemons dress is in my Poshmark closet, click here. Just sayin'.)
